Epiroc is creating a new team with the objective to transform employer branding, internal communication, recruitment, consultant management, onboarding and talent management into Talent Acquisition.
We are now looking for a Recruitment Specialist who will be a core contributor to enable the success of the function. Since this is a startup of new ways of working you will be a strong influencer of building the new function and impact the ways of working.

Job description
As a Recruitment Specialist it is your job to:
• Secure an amazing candidate experience promoting our employee value proposition.
• Develop the core recruitment process and ways of working for attracting talents to the company.
• Drive the hiring and recruitment process and bring support and advice to hiring managers and make sure our Group guidelines and internal Hiring and Recruitment policy are observed.
• Interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants based on job profiles, values, and cultural fit.
• Implement and coordinate with managers the update of job profiles.
• Prepare job offers according to the established salary ranges and benefits.
• Work with ability- personality testing and reference check.
• Secure an outstanding onboarding of the new personnel
• Work together with Internal Communications to make sure our vacancies are advertised in relevant job portals, channels and social media.
In this role, you will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and you will be a central part of the newly launched Talent Acquisition team, your colleagues in the team are one Employer Branding and Communications Specialist, one Employer Branding and Communications Coordinator and you will be one of three employees focusing on recruitment and onboarding.
The Talent Acquisition team is a new team with the mission to ensure we attract the right people in the right organizational structure in line with the business strategy and core values, implementing an efficient agile process. This involves recruitment, consultant management, employer branding, talent management, internal communication and onboarding.
In this role you will be a core contributor to enable the success of the function and since this is a startup of new ways of working you will be a strong influencer of building the function and impact the ways of working.
Experience and Education
You have a university degree in Human Resources, Business administration or similar.
You should have a strong track record of working with recruitment (Minimum 5 years of experience) and it is beneficial but not a must if you have worked with recruitments of roles in the industry, it-business and or managerial positions.
You have strong interpersonal, communications skills and is fluent in English and Swedish langue.
You have a strong interest and experience of working with continuous improvements and is used to working with continuously developing your own skills and ways of working to attract the top talents and how to evaluate performance and potential.
Personality requirements
The successful candidate needs to be able to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines with limited supervision. This is a senior position and you need to have strong self-management skills, motivation and ability to contribute to development and you have experience from working both independently and in cross-functional teams. You are an outgoing, skilled communicator with a positive can-do attitude. You have a strong passion to attract the right people to each position and a will to go the extra mile for a world class candidate experience.
