hela Sverige As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Nasdaq you will be a member of the EMEA Talent Acquisition organization and report to our Director of TA EMEA. The TA team comprises of 11 team members located in Stockholm, Umeå and Vilnius. Collectively we manage University Relations, Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment Management for the 18 countries in this region.
As a Talent Acquisition partner, you will work in close partnership with hiring managers to define recruitment requirements and processes to secure successful, efficient and qualitative hiring assignments. You will work in tight collaboration with our sourcing specialists to identify and select candidates for all level jobs, including experienced technical, IT professionals, primarily for Stockholm, although assignments may include other countries in the Nordics and European region.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to
* Project management of multiple recruitments, supporting several business areas and hiring managers at any one time
* Assessment of candidate skill and suitability based on role requirements and Nasdaq cultural match
* Sourcing and screening candidates through proactive research, complex internet searches, and existing talent pool database searching.
* Ensuring the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process in our recruitment tool Workday
* Employer branding related activities such as planning and coordination of internal and external events.
* Contribution to Global development processes regarding recruitment processes and policies
* Providing ongoing feedback regarding the overall recruiting market and best practice to keep hiring managers informed about realistic expectations.
* Collaboration with test and recruitment vendors
The best suited candidate has approximately 5 years' recruitment experience, either from a agency or in-house function. Recruiting experience within the IT / the tech industry is preferable, experience from the financial sector is meriting. He or she has a track record of managing multiple recruitment engagements in a result orientated environment and is used to reevaluating prioritizations on a continuous basis. The preferred candidate is no stranger to proactive sourcing and talent pool management. LinkedIn proficiency is a must, and Workday experience is meriting. English language skills are a requirement, other language skills are beneficial.
