Arbetsuppgifter
Our customer is seeking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiter to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective strategies for sourcing and hiring top-quality candidates. You will be required to build a network of qualified candidates and work closely with hiring managers to develop strong selection processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating interviews, screening and interviewing applicants, and managing the onboarding process.

Responsibilities:
• Engage in consultative interactions with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Exercise judgment to determine the appropriate sourcing channels to be used, such as referral campaigns or engaging the sourcing team.
• Manage the hiring process using proper strategies to ensure the best quality of hire.
• Develop a network of people, teams, and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Source candidates directly from the marketplace and develop candidate pools within specific market streams.
• Work with hiring managers to develop strong selection processes using creative and innovative techniques and tools.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and defined panels, or utilize a candidate evaluation tool where necessary.
• Screen and interview applicants in line with requirements and ensure completion of the reference checking process where required.
• Develop offers in line with approved guidelines, negotiate offers, and finalize the onboarding date with candidates.
• Maintain interaction and engagement with candidates until onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with document tracking requirements and local labor code regulations.
• Partner with the talent attraction team to support employment advertising campaigns, college recruiting, and career development programs as requested.
• Collaborate with other team members on specific project-based hiring requirements or campaigns as requested.
• Develop and maintain strong consultative relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other teams/partners, such as sourcing, People Experience (PX), Compensation & Benefits (C&B), etc.

The requirements for this role are:
• 2-6 years experience of recruiting or similar role
• Proficiently communicates with candidates and stakeholders using pre-established templates and seeks guidance from senior team members when needed
• Actively participates in meetings
• Assists the team in making an impact on prioritized roles, with support from other team members
• Identifies trends in data to enhance team performance
• Responsible for daily updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manages candidates throughout the hiring process
• Capable of supporting various roles within the Talent Acquisition (TA) team
• Being open to mentorship and feedback, actively seeks opportunities to learn
• Balances the needs of multiple stakeholders, ensuring that own efforts meet the requirements of both internal and external parties.
• Takes into account all relevant issues and satisfies the interests of different stakeholders during decision-making.
• Understands talent hub scores (post-training) and follows instructions to improve or maintain scores.
• Understands the scope of their role and adheres to the plans and strategies set by team leaders.
• Demonstrates behavioral competencies such as building trust, self-development, driving results, and collaboration.
