According to history unicorns are legendary animals, many times described as a horses / beasts with a large spiralling horn from their forehead. Today we also use the term in the venture capital industry which basically describes a start-up company whose valuation has exceeded (the somewhat arbitrary) $1 billon.
So why all these facts when reading an ad about your future job you might think? Well, the thing is, we're scaling up, aiming to be the next unicorn. That means that we need to find the absolute best talents out there and we need your help finding them. But, first of all we're of course super curious what you do know about unicorn spotting?
Let's go on and test your skills:
1) Unicorn spotting is all about launching an ad for a position and then having a sit-down, waiting for potential candidates to apply.
X) It's like a combination of marketing, sales, human resources, communication, writing, sourcing and science skills. And then add some magic to the mix.
2 ) Well, unicorns don't exist, so the possibility to actually see or attract one is = zero.

Your job is to make sure that our departments gets all the talent they need whilst building the bargain superstore. This in reality means that you're in charge of the whole recruitment process: from taking job specification til references. On top of that you'll also be present at events and be working with strengthen our employer brand in different ways.

I must confess though, in order to be able to create magic you must have a some experience. Building relationships with talents comes naturally to you since you've at least one year of experience from recruitment. @ the moment you might be working as a recruiter o reasearcher, feeling that you're ready to take the next step and join us. You'll get an extra star if you've been working with IT recruitment or / and in the recruitment industry and some super plus if you can speak German.
