Some examples of the tasks that you will have:

• Being present at the front-desk and welcoming visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
• Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers and answer incoming calls
• Monitoring and purchasing food, office supplies, office furniture (and assembling) and handling shortages
• Maintaining general office tidiness during the day (kitchen, copy room, meeting rooms)
• Preparing basic breakfast.
• Travel booking and receipt management
• Keeping the work environment up to speed through effective and regular communication

We are now looking for a competent, driven and service-oriented Office assistant for a 50% position with a start date as soon as possible. You will be filling in for our current office assistant until the end of August. The job as an Office Assistant encompasses a broad range of responsibilities to keep the office operations running.

Requirements:

• You are a humble person that can help out in any part of the organization
• You have previous experience in similar work or experience in another service profession, preferably including administration tasks
• As a person, you are extremely service-oriented, driven and you see what needs to be done. You are careful and have a structured mindset
• You are used to working independently and to updating others about the status of your assignment.
• You are flexible when it comes to working hours.
• You are used to multi-tasking, have excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Prior experience working with Microsoft Office is required for this role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should be fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English
• You are available no later than the beginning of April.

Preffered skills:
• You have a thorough understanding of office management procedures
• You have good analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
• You have a substantial interest in fashion, photography, or in IT
