Responsibilities
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Taking care of visitors
• Sending and receiving packages
• Handling of keys and alarm
• Communicating with landlord
• Purchasing for kitchen and office
• Making travel reservations
• Updating administrative routines
• Performing other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
• Prior experience from similar work
• Enthusiastic and service minded
• Fluency in both English and Swedish
• Working knowledge of computers
