The Real Estate team has a strong industry expertise and solid transaction experience. We participate in most major property-related transactions through acquisition advisory or sales advisory (M&A). We also have a strong position when it comes to strategic advisory and real estate financial advisory.
Our clients include international real estate funds, listed companies as well as family-owned real estate companies and municipalities. As an integrated part of PwC's industry group, we carry out national and international projects.

Preferred skills
We believe it is important that you want to and can establish trustworthy contacts. Qualities we value are that you take initiative and possess an analytical ability. We also like to see that you are positive, business minded and easy to collaborate with.
We are looking for someone with a masters degree in real estate and construction management, real estate and finance or equivalent, or a masters degree in finance. Relevant business experience is premiered.
You should have an interest in real estate and the real estate industry, a good communicative ability and be able to express yourself in speech and writing both in Swedish and in English. Your personality should be characterized by commitment, responsibility, flexibility and proactivity.
