Our Exciting Opportunity
We are rapidly expanding our Dedicated Networks team in Göteborg and we need another Line Manager to develop and coach our R&D staff when building the next generation Dedicated Networks products. You will be a key player in producing a new world class Ericsson product. In addition to working with the local team at the Göteborg site, you will also interact and collaborate with colleagues around the world.
This is a chance to be a part of the Industry 4.0 revolution and work in the forefront with new 5G technologies. We are aiming to be the world leaders in the small network deployment business, and we need you to make this happen!
You will
Mentor and support team to excel in their roles
Collaborate and build bridges to other development sites
Actively recruit, build and advise a team of developers in the BTEB Dedicated Networks development unit
Actively engage in defining the architecture and proactively drive the implementation of the Dedicated Network offerings
Define our development strategy that improves the advantages of a distributed infrastructure
Demonstrate the ability to deliver a scalable and resilient product on a Cloud Native Platform
Make sure that the team delivers on time and with quality
To be successful in the role you must have
A compassionate mindset and passion to support your team
Experience as a Line manager in Ericsson or similar company
Bachelors or master's degree in Engineering or similar
Good knowledge of Wireless Communication system
Critical thinking, innovative ideas and problem-solving skills
Multi-site Team working skills.
