We are looking for a QS Manager who will be leading the development and implementation of quality systems and processes within the Lund site. The role is both strategic and operative in character and involves staff responsibility for 10 Quality Specialists and Quality Engineers.
The responsibilities include:
• Managing the QMS team in accordance to Gambro HR policies, such as resource planning, personal development and compensation process
• Planning, development and maintenance of the Quality Management System locally in Lund and contributing to global efforts. Secure implementation of global guidelines, routines and directives locally at the Lund site in collaboration with local process owners.
• Contribute to and support the local operational management team in determining methods and processes in order to maintain compliance to the requirements of the Gambro Quality Policy and Quality Manual
• Perform all budgetary activities, planning and controlling.
• Manage audits and inspections professionally.

Publiceringsdatum2013-02-07KvalifikationerWe are looking for a senior manager with a deep understanding of quality systems, procedures and implementations. You should be a person with a natural authority and a pragmatic approach to quality. You have well documented leadership skills and previous experience of working with change management and business development is a merit.
You have experience of working practically with quality as well as regulatory questions within the Medical Device industry (or similar industry). You have experience of communication with Notified Bodies and Competent Authorities as well as experience of managing internal audits (preferably also FDA inspections). You master English and Swedish fluently in speech and writing. We place great emphasis on personal characteristics.
