hela Sverige As a Quality Process Analyst for Customer Service at Klarna you will be responsible for Quality Assurance, developing and measuring the way we communicate with our customers as well as coaching and inspiring the agents to develop their skills. You will work closely with our 1st line and their QA in order to ensure top quality in all our customer interactions. Proofreading of documents will be a big part of your daily work; this could be for our intranet, e-mail templates to customers and a lot more.
You will be a part of the Quality Team who is focusing on giving every agent at Service Center the best opportunities to perform to the best of their ability. The Quality Team does this by taking care of information spreading, education, quality assurance and user support. In this role you will have the opportunity to influence the development of our Customer Service and Merchant Support for the UK market.
To succeed in this role you have to be a driven and outgoing person with a strong interest in communication. You have experience working in Customer Service and English is your native language. You have a talent for communication and pedagogy and thrive on getting a great deal of responsibility and freedom.
