hela Sverige This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced quality manager to join Uniper Asset Management team in a key role of shaping the integrated management system for Uniper's Power Generation assets in Sweden.
The successful candidate will work both across different functions, such as Information Security, Asset Risk, and Health, Safety Security and Environment and in alignment with the Uniper corporate centre and Swedish Sydkraft businesses, to ensure a streamline management system that is both legally and company compliant.
Main responsibilities and activities:
• steer process governance for Sydkraft Thermal Power generation assets.
• maintain the A-Ö Ledningssystem as an Integrated Management System integrating asset, health, safety, quality, environment and information security management.
• foster cross technology harmonization of Sydkraft's Integrated Management Systems aligning Sydkraft Thermal Power, Sydkraft Hydro Power and Sydkraft Nuclear Power
• align Sydkraft Thermal Power processes to Uniper strategy and global best practice; implement processes and secure compliance to Uniper business directives.
• regularly analyse Swedish regulatory requirements and secure their implementation into Sydkraft's Integrated Management Systems securing the license to operate.
• monitor and steer compliance, performance and maturity of the Integrated Management System by audits and management reviews and trigger improvement and process change for Sydkraft.
• regularly report to the Sydkraft AB management and to the Uniper COO asset management team on the maturity, compliance and development of the Integrated Management System.
• strive to continuously improve and reduce the complexity of management system processes by best practice from own business stakeholders and from relevant industry associations and networks.
Uniper is part of Sweden's critical infrastructure; therefore we will carry out both a security check and a drug test before employment.
Who we are seeking
We are looking for you to have a strong motivation to hands-on lead business change initiatives by conducting business process design and driving problem resolution. You have the ability to work independently and being the driving force behind change initiatives. Strong communication, conceptual, and strategic skills are essential.
• you have a relevant university degree in economics, engineering, or science
• you are experienced in process management and process governance
• you have technical knowledge in a physical asset environment
• fluent business Swedish and good English is required
