The Linguistic Quality Marketing Manager defines, owns and drives quality improvement process; ensuring right actions are continuously taken to improve quality per industry, country or language. This role is representing the voice of ISM organization and is the overall owner of quality, acting as the go-to-person supporting Industry and Field Marketing. Also, this person is the main driver for actions to be taken to fill existing gaps with a local/language focus in mind.

Responsibilities also include creating strategies, action plans and decisions around what needs to be changed and how to achieve best results. This is a quality assurance role, to set requirements and work closely with field marketing to understand local needs and help to bridge between GMS, Localization Services (LS) and vendors.

This person will build the foundation of the network needed to get to high quality, owning and managing a network of reviewers/SMEs or other local resources involved in localization of marketing content. This person will also track and monitor KPIs and be proactive in addressing quality drops in any area.

This will be achieved by:
Driving the quality of localized marketing content
Building up, owning and managing network of reviewers/SME?s or other local resources involved in localization of marketing content
Agency Support
Continuously work with process improvements

Typical projects will include but not be limited to:
Campaigns for all industries + cross industry
Global web deployment: Product centers/web page updates

Skills and Specifications:

Extensive project management skills

Experience in managing localization quality for marketing across multiple languages

Stakeholders and agency relationship management experience

Experience in managing a complex stakeholder environment

Service-minded personality with a positive attitude

Ability to work in a structured manner in a complex and multicultural environment

Quality and time-bound conscious

Excellent problem-solving ability

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Requirements:
PMI-PMP certification would be a plus
Strong Quality management experience
Good marketing and localization knowledge
Fluent in Business English
Bachelor degree
Leadership to lead/manage various stakeholders in multiple countries
Clear and concise communication skill
Conflict management skill
Out-of-box mind set
