Tetra Pak Packaging Material (TPPM) manufactures fiber based packaging material for Tetra Pak's different filling machine systems. The production is divided into three main processes; printing, lamination and slitting. We work with constant improvement in accordance with the WCM (World Class Manufacturing) concept.
As Quality Manager within TPPM you will be a key player in forming our new Quality Assurance organisation. In this challenging position you will act as the change agent in engaging, motivating and convincing the company of the importance of quality priorities. In order to succeed you need to excel in combining a strategic mindset with a detailed knowledge, since you will be highly involved in both long term planning on a strategic level as well as the day to day activities.
You will also work in close cooperation with the market companies and frequently network with other internal quality functions. Finally the full managerial responsibility of the members of the Quality Assurance department will be one of your priorities. You will report to the WCM Manager.

• To drive the factory s strategic quality work through the quality pillar.
• To plan and support quality systems for internal and external audits.
• To handle internal as well as external quality demands from the central organisation and customers.
• To plan and lead the daily activities in the factory laboratory.
Publiceringsdatum2011-11-25KvalifikationerYou are a highly motivated and quality-oriented individual that possesses the necessary ability of being both strategic and analytical without losing focus of the details. You will need to be an experienced leader that possesses the ability to coach and motivate others. Further you should be an excellent communicator that continuously, networks and collaborates with colleagues and other stakeholders both locally as well as globally. The working environment is a fast paced one, so you will need to be structured in your way of working and also good at multitasking.
We believe that you have some years of practical knowledge from a senior quality related role, preferably in a production environment. You are familiar with quality systems and tools and have probably experience as an internal ISO auditor. Experience from BRC hygiene standard will be seen as a merit as well as experience from TPM or similar methodologies for continuous improvements. Naturally you both speak and write English fluently. A high level of Swedish is seen as an advantage.
