We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Expert to join our team at Vestas North and Central Europe. As the Quality Expert you will be involved in activities related to the Service North & West division, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of quality and compliance for our service operations. You will work closely with our Process and System experts to optimize, standardize, and implement processes and systems that meet our expectations of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
This positions holds key responsibilities for our CIM (Continuous Improvement Management) in different aspects:
• Contributing to the Governance & Assurance of the CIM process
• Securing CIM on time delivery from your stakeholders in the business
• CIM Execution and the financial settlement of the process
• Interface e.g. to CIM Case Managers, Finance partner, CIM Specialists NCE, NCE Quality Coordinator, Service Directors, and Area Managers
• Take on the Non-Conformity Quality Coordinator role for Service North & West
• Implement Non-Conformance-Management (NCM) concept for Service Onshore North & West
• Contribute actively to the Vestas "Must-Win-Battle" Quality
• Many different types of Ad. Hoc. tasks associated with operational development in Service North & West.
• Actively coordinate Quality stakeholders inside and outside the Service North West organisation
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or other related fields
• 3+ years of work experience in a project environment and matrix organization from part-time or full-time positions
• Fluent in English
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• SAP & Salesforce knowledge is beneficial

Additional information
Location: Videbæk, Denmark. Malmö, Sweden. Warrington, England.
Travel activity: Approximately 20 days annually.
