hela Sverige The Quality Assurance Engineer (PQA) has an indirect leader role in the Region to ensure that all functions and projects embed quality in their deliveries. This role starts in the bid phase where the QAM ensures the cross functional Quality commitment and assures that all processes related to the delivery of a product or system meet customer quality requirements and that the relevant functions adhere to their quality commitments.
The Quality Assurance (PQA) Specialist manages the quality planning, quality reviews, quality performance and quality records of contracts in co-operation with Project Management. Assures the delivery of all Quality deliverables at the project gates, according to the agreed acceptance criteria. The PQA will also take an active part in increasing a Quality mind set and culture in our projects by reviewing and supporting PQAs as well as project managers and work package owners in the QA responsibilities such as quality planning, reviews/control and agreeing the acceptance criteria with each internal and external respective customer.
YOUR TASKS
• Monitoring Gate review process performed by PMO
• Develop and maintain Project Quality Management Plan with strong involvement of project core team. PQMP main focus area:
• Requirements management
• Deliverables identification
• Project planning
• Safety evidences identified and listed
• Monitor tasks defined by PQMP especially risk, change and configuration management, processes compliance using Quality Review, identified non-compliance and defined actions execution supervision.
• Strong projects support with non-conformities management related to products, documentation, processes, templates. RAMS non-compliance are managed by project engineer.
• Project support during Customer quality audits.
• Process, tools improvements initiations and support
• Setting, monitoring project quality KPIs
• Participate in key Project Team meetings and peer reviews.
• Master Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of post-graduate experience in Quality or Project management (preferably in technical projects)
• Knowledge of relevant business standards, ISO 9001 and preferably IRIS
• Knowledge of Quality methods and tools (8D, Six Sigma)
• Knowledge from rail industry is a plus
• International working experience is also a plus
• Strong communication and influencing skills, leading changes without having the formal leadership position
• Problem solving and analytical mind set
• Fluent English and Swedish are mandatory
