Our Quality & Environment department have a coordinating role for the functional activities taking place in both Sweden and China.
We are a small team that need to be both flexible and agile to adapt to the changes and at the same be solid as we need to create the foundation and base for a quality & environmental mind-set to be a part of our company culture.
We are looking for a Quality Assurance & Risk Management Manager!
Description:
Quality Assurance & Risk Management is a part of NEVS Quality & Environmental department. QA&RM is responsible for providing a Business Management System that complies with applicable ISO-standards with an End-to-End perspective. Providing Education & Training as well as leading investigations related to product and process failures. QA&RM has also an active role in different types of projects.
The role also involves:
- Functional responsible for QA&RM within Trollhättan organization
- Coordinate activities together with our Joint Ventures.
- Planning/forecasting activities and follow up the result but also actively support and participate in all types activities related to QA&RM.
We are looking for someone who has:
- MSc or Higher University Level education
- 5 years of work experience and minimum 2 years as a manager
- Broad experience of Quality Assurance within the Automotive Industry
- Experience of managing with different cultures
- English and preferable a third language
To be successful in this role, you need to:
- Have organizational and technical skills
- Knowledge of dealing with ambiguity
- Be flexible to a changing work environment
- Experienced in problem solving and risk management, with the ability able to see opportunities and keep the big picture in mind
- Be creative, solution-oriented and open minded
Great consideration will be given to your personal aptitude for the position!
