Technology is a new function within Volvo Group Digital & IT with a big stake in the Group's digital transformation. The Core Platform Area (CPA) organization within Technology will modernize Volvo's core digital backbone making it a platform for digital products. Our Foundational IT products are used by digital product teams and enable them and their products to outperform Volvo's competitors. Our digital talents develop capabilities and digital technologies to improve business performance and create value for the Group with speed and at scale.
This is how you could make an impact
As the Quality and Lean transformation coach for CPA Supply Chain & Purchasing, you will be part of the CPA Supply Chain & Purchasing Management Team and report to the Head of CPA Supply Chain & Purchasing.
These are the main expectations on you:
Develop a Agile and quality culture and mind-set and lead the journey towards zero disturbances due to IT!
Secure a Lean and Continuous Improvement mind set in everything we do (Perform and Transform) and coach for excellent execution towards objectives.
Develop performance reporting and dashboards for CPA Supply Chain & Purchasing to be aggregated into a comprehensive Technology performance report.
Establish a network within Technology that works together with others Agile, Quality and lean transformation coaches to communalize, share best practices, experiences and to align
Secure world class Quality processes and alignment in the way of working on Quality between the IT and business communities
Coach the delivery organization to stay up to date regarding security and compliance
Represents the CPA Supply Chain & Purchasing in various networks within the context of Perform & Transform
Who are you?
You are at ease with uncertainties, your ability to listen and facilitate discussion is key to identify the right issues and challenges to focus on. Your experience of empiricism and continuous improvement iterative approach (Agile & VPS) enables you to on-board all team members so that they trust your framework and focus on value creation.
You are solution-oriented and persistent to secure the team keeps a high-energy level, stays focused and gets back-on-track when unforeseen events deserve immediate attention.
Additionally, you are a passionate believer in continuous learning and challenging the "status quo". You have proven skills in cross-functional collaboration and thrive in managing, facilitating, and enabling both the perform and the transform dimension of the job.
