Your Responsibilities:
• Incident handling - assisting First and Second Line Support in in-depth support questions
1. Manage escalated cases
2. Occasional direct contact with Customers and Partners
3. Extended support to Consultants and Partners
• Problem handling - finding the underlying problem of incidents
1. Root cause analysis
2. Work around
• Producing / maintaining technical papers, white papers
• Participating in projects, investigating the impact of our products in different environments and with various technologies
• Occasional travelling may be required
Your Profile:
• Bachelor degree in computer science, informatics or equivalent
• Experience of Microsoft environments
• In depth knowledge of some of the following areas: Windows OS, IIS, SQL Server, Citrix, AD, Web services, Windows security, .NET
• Knowledge of ITIL
• Problem - solution oriented
• Excellent communication skills and customer focus
• Creative and organized team player who enjoys challenges
• Ability to work well in a high-pressure environment
• Swedish and solid verbal and written English skills as the company language is English
