hela Sverige Do you have proven experience from working with Indirect Purchasing and Office Administration and are open for a new challenge? ALTEN Nordics are looking for a purchasing coordinator to be a part of our purchasing team of 8 at ALTEN Sweden's head office in Gothenburg!
About the role:
As Purchase Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the procurement of indirect goods and services within the organization. Indirect goods and services are those items that are not directly involved in the production process but are essential for the smooth functioning of the company. This includes Office Lease Contract Management, Office Supplies, Maintenance and Repairs, Travel and Fleet, and more. The Indirect Purchasing Coordinator ensures cost-effective procurement, timely delivery, and maintains supplier relationships for these non-production related items.

• Purchase Requisition Processing
• Purchase Order Generation
• Cost Optimization
• Inventory and Supply Chain Management
• Vendor Performance Evaluation
• Documentation and Reporting
• Collaboration
• Process Improvement
Do you have what it takes?
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience of working as a Purchasing Coordinator or Office Administrator in a similar role
Strong communication skills with a professional level (C2) in Swedish and English (beneficial if you are Finnish speaking)
• As a person you master time management and you like being part of a dynamic organization. You are a team player with strong organizational, administrative, and communicative skills. Other would describe you as structured and detail oriented with good problem-solving abilities. The Purchasing function is part of an international team within Europe, and for the right person, international exchange, and collaboration will be possible as a career path.
