The position is responsible for inventory management, supply chain data management and process improvement in our complete supply chain. This role is very important for the performance of the Spare parts organization when it comes to availability of Spare parts to our customers. As this person is overall responsible for the inventory at UCE Parts (UCEP), the outcome of the job directly influences the service level and availability.
Apart from controlling and developing inventories, this is a role with many possibilities to influence the direction and development of Spare parts processes. Not only will this person provide analysis and reports to different stakeholders but also be part of various development projects when it comes to supply data and supply processes.
The job content and key focus areas are:
• Responsible for performance and development of the Spare parts inventory management systems in line with our strategy and availability targets
• Take an active role in developing and implementing UCEP Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Responsible for monthly reporting of KPIs to management
• Process owner within UCEP for process management (QPR-tool). Lead, create and implement process management for agreed main processes within UCEP.
• Support purchasers, UCEP management and other stakeholders (such as finance) with various reports and data concerning performance and results of UCEP

• Experience with supplier relationship management
• After market purchasing skills of advantage but not a must
We can offer
A position where you get a very high level of independency and possibility to drive change and develop the role and create content. You are part of an international team containing supply chain specialists within purchasing, material planning and logistics based in Sweden, the Netherlands and Spain. Your main stakeholders will be colleagues in the parts organization and UCE sourcing organizations at production units as well as external suppliers.
This is a temporary position for 1 year starting after agreement during Autumn 2018, preferably November. The contract can be prolonged for another 6 months.
