We are now looking for a purchaser to strengthen our Supply Chain team.
About the position
You will be part of iDeal's Supply chain which is fast growing and currently a team of eight persons. iDeal's Supply chain department is today responsible for sourcing, development, logistics and purchasing. You will be stationed in our HQ in Norrköping or in our office in the heart of central Stockholm.
The position as our purchaser is a central position which you will form and develop by working closely with our Supply Chain Manager. Your daily work will include order handling, analyzing and forecasting. Your key responsibilities will be:
• To analyze and negotiate proposals for products based on trend, price, delivery time, and quality.
• Structure & implement short- and longterm commercial/purchase plan.
• Responsible for the seasonal buy and replenishment inventory.
• Notify PR and Marketing of seasonal buys featured in, campaigns etc.
• Analyze and manage stock levels - 3PL's
• Forecasting B2B business
• Monitor performance against deadlines and milestones
• Shipment planning and optimizing towards KPI's

Requirements
• Relevant academic degree within finance or supply chain (purchasing)
• At least 3 years of similar work within retail (preferably FMCG)
• Excellent Excel / Spreadsheet skills
• Excellent communication and people handling skills
• English - Full professional proficiency
Preferred qualifications
• Experience in Microsoft Navision
• Experience from purchasing & production in Asia
• Worked at a fast-growing company
• Experience from a similar position in consumer electronic goods
