Your workplace
Dynamics, a business area of Saab, offers ground combat weapons, missile systems, torpedoes, sensor systems, unmanned underwater vehicles and signature management systems for armed forces as well as remotely operated vehicles and security systems for the offshore industry and nuclear power plants.
Your role
The role of purchaser means that you work to supply our production with the right materials at the right time, at the right cost and with the right quality. This means that you work independently with tenders/evaluations, assessment/selection, contract negotiation, procurements, negotiations of commercial terms, the placement of orders and monitoring deliveries. You will also work closely with our project managers and supplier managers to prepare purchases and ensure the quality of our suppliers and items.
Your qualifications
Applicants should have a good technical understanding and business acumen, be educated to degree level in technology or economics, or proven experience from qualified purchasing work.
As a person, you are good at cooperating, possess strong social skills, are positive and communicate easily. Our procurements are conducted in project form with the purchaser taking a leading role. You should therefore be motivational and have strong leadership skills.
You can express yourself in English both verbally and in writing.
