hela Sverige ValueOne is looking for an experienced and motivated Project Sourcing Specialist to join a dedicated cross-functional team at one of our clients south of Stockholm. The role is a consulting assignment lasting for about a year and needs to be filled as soon as possible.

The Role
As a Project Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting cross-functional teams to resolve sourcing issues, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure cost-effective solutions. You will also manage supplier relationships, evaluate their performance and help develop sourcing strategies that contribute to business success.
Experience and Competencies
You should have previous experience in engineering or sourcing, along with a university degree in Engineering or equivalent. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required, and additional languages are considered a plus. You should be proficient in MS Office. Experience with ISO, TQM and modern ERP systems is advantageous. The role also requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively. You should be a structured, analytical person who works well within cross-functional teams and can handle complex tasks with a high level of attention to detail.
