The Large Motors and Generators Division offers a comprehensive product portfolio of large AC motors and generators. From general purpose to highly customized designs, synchronous motors and high voltage induction motors provide high efficiency, reliability and availability across all major industries and applications, including some in the toughest and most demanding environments. The division also has a long track record of designing and building generators for wide range of industries, including power generation, marine, oil and gas, mining, and data centers.
In the role of Project Manager you will lead manufacturing investment projects to ensure project results according to quality, cost, and time.
This position reports to
Production Engineering Manager
Your responsibilities
Execution of Manufacturing investment projects (concept generation, equipment/process design, procurement, installation, verification, hand over to production unit).
Responsible for setting up project time plan, budget plan and resource plan
Lead project team (production engineering, production planning, maintenance, operators etc.) towards expected results
Actively working with project follow up, forecasting and deviations management
Reporting of project results to SteCo
Your background
Master- or Bachelor diploma within relevant field of Science
Preferably 2+ years of relevant working experience within the field of Manufacturing
Experience within project planning, WBS, stakeholder- and risk analysis
Experience of SAP, BASU/BASP training is a great advantage
Great communication skills
Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken alike
Drivers license B
