Job description
We are currently looking for a sharp and structured project manager to lead our international campaigns. Reporting to COO, the Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing and evaluating campaigns according to timelines and budgets.
As the Project Manager, you will:
• Coordinate the IT, design and marketing aspects of your campaign
• Work close with clients to maximize value and achieve goals
• Plan project scope, goals, deliverables, marketing strategy, required resources and budget
• Produce content for digital platforms and marketing campaigns
• Track and report on project milestones and KPIs to client and management team
• Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution
• Working with sales and management to develop and improve prospecting, reporting, and proposal development tactics
• Some travel may be included
Job requirements
• University degree, preferably master's degree in business administration or marketing
• 2-3 years work experience in online marketing & PR
• International experience and experience from handling client accounts
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving and analytical skills
• High level of initiative, performance oriented and works well with minimal supervision
• Ability to switch between strategic visions and hands-on tasks
• Team player and a leader, with past experience leading a team
• Strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Working proficiency in Swedish and English. Additional language skills considered strong merit Russian and Ukrainian
• Interest and previous experiences in content creation
• Previous working experience with the IT team and basic knowledge of html
