Project Quality Support working with Product Quality on development and launch phase of new vehicles and products. We are working with quality to secure customer operation. We are based in Gothenburg but also have personal in all Volvo Bus Production sites Poland, India, Mexico and Brazil. We are now recruiting one PMQ to Gothenburg in Sweden.
Job description: PMQ
The PMQ is working in development projects of new products. As project member you support the Chief Project Manager (CPM) to secure the Product Quality of the end product in accordance to the project prerequisites. The main features are reliability, durability and quality impression.
The PMQ shall have the mindset to meet and increase customer satisfaction by raising our customers' perception of our product.
The PMQ will have the support from the projects members and will also challenge the project and it's member to meet, secure and exceed the expected product quality.
The PMQ shall with designers, engineers, production, purchasing, market etc. build a product quality assurance plan to secure the end product.
The position will offer the advantages of highly varied work assignments and the opportunity to work with many different units of the Volvo Group.
The PMQ candidates will be based in Gothenburg in Sweden with some travels to our project sites and to our customers in our global organization.

Qualifications
To be comfortable and successful in the role, you will need a passion for quality and a close understanding of the target group i.e. the customer. As a person in the spotlight, you will need to be communicative. You will be prepared to in a positive way challenging the project team. You are skilled in bringing people with you, where communication, fact and energy is decisive.
Experience of achieving customer satisfaction by product quality
Experience in Quality Methods to find product and project risks and do statistics analyze to of fault frequency to find product improvements
Proficiency in English
Graduate engineer with experience of managing projects
Excellent understanding of all aspects of bus design. Travelling will be required
Advantages
Knowledge of Volvo systems and working methods such as, DVP, KOLA, Protus, FMEA, APQP.
