In your role you will have a clear responsibility and authority for leading, coordinating and delivering projects that fulfil the set directives, and develop ideas and strategies to improve performance in relevant markets. You take responsibility as an active role model by living the Monki values. Your responsibilities are divided into four parts:*Lead & plan: identify relevant projects that need strategic direction, set project plan, lead the project and deliver results based on the set goal.*Budget: up-to-date with set budgets for specific markets and projects.*Manage: manage projects within set markets. This includes communicating feedback and actions.*Research & evaluation: be proactive across set markets regarding local requirements, trends and consumer needs. You need to be a confident and skilled communicator, able to work with multiple parallel projects. You have the relevant education and proven project leader experience. Knowledge of media and/or PR is a plus.
