About our client
Our client is one of the leading companies in the real estate and construction industry in the north. They are experts in accomplishing complex construction processes. They are now looking for a Project manager to help develop a model to calculate costs.
About the role:
The role as Project Manager will focus on the design of standard cost model. The role and project is described as a stand-alone workstream within a larger project. You together with the subject matter expert will focus on the standard cost model and help facilitate system implementation and you will work in a close collaboration with the Business Change Management Lead.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who have previous experience and knowlegde of finance business acumen, cost allocation and standard cost. You also need basic skills in project management and good communication techniques.
Qualifications:
• Swedish and English - Written and Spoken
• Standard cost & cost allocation knowledge and experience
• Finance business acumen
• Basic project management skills
• Good communication skills
• Finance ERP experience
• IFS - ERP Experience
• Change management skills and experience
