We are looking for a project manager coordinator who wants to be part of a large and growing international team within international tax and compliance services. As a project manager coordinator, your primary work will be to act as one point of contact for both clients and colleagues and to support the compliance service team with our outbound engagement. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Drive projects through the entire project lifecycle, including clearly communicating status, risks and remediation plans to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and relationships with key stakeholders and team members to form a cohesive team.
• Define project goals and risks to execution.
• Establish and lead working group meetings.
• Deliver regular project status reporting.

We are looking for a committed and serviceminded project manager coordinator to join our Tax & Legal department in Stockholm for a full-time employment starting as soon as possible.

As a project manager coordinator, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Preferred skills
To succeed in the role you have:

A bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, tax or a related discipline.
The ability to coordinate many different tasks and be solution-oriented.
Approximately 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience leading and running projects. It is preferred that you have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced skills in English is a requirement. Skills in Swedish is meritorious.

If you have experience from working in a consulting organization it would be an advantage.
