Purpose
Person is responsible for overall management of the project, leading partners; supervising members of the project management team; and overseeing project implementation, financial and administrative oversight, reporting, and monitoring and evaluation of the project.

• At least 15 years of experience in construction field
• At least 5 years experience in management of similar industry

Duties and Responsibilities
• To follow the market, identify, evaluate and develop possible business opportunities for the Company in the Country,
• To follow up and determine new tenders / projects under planning together with the business development / tender teams and take part in the determination of the strategy related to partnering and competition,
• To support proposal teams and provide opinion by examining the tender documents related to the project execution and pricing strategies,
• To determine construction methodologies, prepare the mobilization and project management plans for projects together with Operations Director and Project Manager.
• To support the cost, time and risk analysis and cash flows preparations during the tender / construction phase,
• To identify suitable resources, vendors / subcontractors during the tender / construction phases.
• To attend meetings with potential partners, reviewing partnership agreements and giving opinions,
• To provide support in setting up the project management teams, arranging all necessary resources, methods and determining strategies for the proper execution of the Project together with Project Coordinator and Project Manager,
• To follow up weekly, monthly progress reports of the project.
• To attend routine meetings related to the project and provide support in resolving the problems faced by the project team.
• To monitor and control the project's schedule and budget in line with the company targets.
• To attend internal management meetings.
• To liaise with Clients where necessary for smooth execution of the Projects, under the close guidance of the management.
• To follow the recent developments and best practices related to the execution of projects, advice, share and determine the areas that needs change / improvement and report the same to the Management, and implement as approved by the management.
• To perform above and/or any other duties instructed by the Company in close coordination with the respective responsible of technical management departments in the Company Head Office and under the directives given by the Company senior management.
• To carry out the duties in accordance with the policy, objectives and procedures set by the Company under close guidance and directives of the senior management.
