We are a unit within Group IT with approximately 1600 people having full responsibility to manage the evolution of all the commercial solutions used by the truck brands and that are common for the Volvo Group. On top of that we also have a significant delivery for Volvo Financial Services. We forecast to deliver Business value of 2 billion SEK which will bring great challenges and opportunities to be part of the digitalization of the Volvo Group. Commercial Solutions work in close cooperation with all truck brands like Volvo Trucks, Renault Trucks, Mack Trucks, UD Trucks, Group Trucks Asia & Join Ventures, Volvo Trucks Americas as well as Volvo Financial Services. We have development and support centers reaching from Japan in the East to the US in the West and employees in India, Poland, Sweden, China, France, Japan, UK, Brazil, Belgium and the US.

Solution Center Volvo Trucks Aftermarket
Aftermarket services are critical to ensure a premium customer experience and guarantee long term customer loyalty. The Solution Center Volvo Trucks Aftermarket has the responsibility to deliver and optimize the associated IT solutions thereby continuously improving customer and user productivity in their daily operations. We enable a multitude of customer services from profitable spare parts sales, reliable quality monitoring and novel uptime services. We take pride to connect and collaborate in order to deliver our services in close agile cooperation both within the Volvo Group and with our suppliers.
We are now looking for a Project Manager
In this role you will be responsible for all project deliveries related to our Remote Diagnostics Solutions. You will work in a cross-functional team based in Sweden and Brazil focusing on developing several critical solutions for the Volvo Group. The team is involved in the Remote Diagnostics and Over-the-Air Software Update capabilities for Volvo Trucks which is a key service for uptime in the Volvo Aftermarket world.

Responsibilities
Manage project tasks, resources and budget
Leads the planning and implementation of project as well as project timelines
Identify, articulate and engage stakeholders (Stakeholder Management)
Ability to manage larger and complex projects as well as to work with senior management level
Use the Volvo Group Project Management Methods, Templates, Tools, Policies, Guidelines and Processes
May have deliveries and project resources in different countries, sites or units
Build open, honest and collaborative mind-set within the team
Ensure communication/collection/sharing relevant information with stakeholders, team members, and partners in a systematic way
Risk management
Required competencies
Experience with agile way of working - and willing to learn more
Proven experience in managing projects in IT and/or business
Demonstrated ability to adapt to and utilize cultural differences in the way of managing, structuring and managing projects and the way of working within the projects
Qualification/Certification in project management or equivalent
Agile Project management
Experience from delivery with global footprint
Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
Experience in SAFe®, SCRUM or other Agile Methods is preferred
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Complete proficiency in English
Location: Gothenburg
Travel required: Occasional
