PROJECT MANAGER
As project manager at Genera you will be responsible for managing our product development projects and customer delivery projects including deliveries of technology, integrations and operational services. You will be planning and controlling projects from start, handling the contact with clients as well as managing our agile development teams.
You will work in close cooperation with our product owner and with the client to capture their requirements throughout the project to ensure that the final product meets the high expectations from both clients and end-users.
We are looking for an experienced project manager with a technical and development background. You are used to be working independently under time pressure while maintaining focus on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Project planning and documentation (project plan, budget, presentations, reports)
Communication and co-ordination with clients and sub-contractors
Managing and motivating agile development teams
Project monitoring (hourly reports, invoicing)
Project profitability and customer satisfaction
Risk management and quality assurance
Continuous development of project methodology
Experience
You have a minimum of five years proven experience from demanding solution projects including both technology and marketing in the B2B and/or B2C environment. You also have an education in Project management. You are familiar with both agile and traditional project methodology, experience as scrum master is an advantage. Previous experience from the gaming industry is also an advantage, but not required. You are fluent in spoken and written English. Knowledge of the German language and other languages is an advantage.
Personal characteristics
You are customer oriented and can find pragmatic and practical solutions to any challenge. You are organized and able to document and report your project with high quality and accuracy. You will need to be a good communicator and have the ability to see the details as well as the overall strategy and processes.
