Taihan Cable & Solution is a global leader in cable and solution technology, providing reliable and innovative energy and telecommunication infrastructure worldwide. Our Swedish branch is expanding, and we are now looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join our team.
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and manage projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage budgets, resources, and schedules effectively.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Prepare and present project status reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local requirements, and company policies.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• (equivalent practical experience may be considered)
• Proven work experience as a Project Manager in the electrical, cable, or telecommunication industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (Swedish is an advantage).
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Willingness to travel within Sweden when required.
