What will you do?
We are a lot better at working with people than we are with IT... so this is where you can come to the rescue! We need someone who can step in and take the project lead of implementing our new HCM system when our colleague is going on parental leave. It will be your responsibility to plan the project and the process moving forward, being the link within HR and between the project's control group and the business as well as communicating out to the organisation. Everything will start with getting the people master data in place, and then coordinate data migration and integration between the new HCM system and our existing systems.

Some of your key responsibilities:

• Take active part and lead the implementation of our new HCM system
• Plan, coordinate and drive the implementation forward
• Coordinate data migration and integration of the HCM system
• The bridge between the control group and the business
• Collaborate with the system supplier
• Communicate to the organisation about the project's progress and deal with any possible obstacles along the way

Who are you?

Since you clearly are driven by coming up with solutions and are service-minded, you can lead and direct yourself in a sometimes uncertain world. With your strong collaboration and communication skills you can create compelling messages to inform the organisation and get them onboard.

The must have's:

• Relevant university degree or equivalent work experience within HRIT
• Experience as a project lead within HR or IT, preferably implementing HCM systems
• Experience in HR processes and change management
• Understanding of the complexity of integrating with other IT systems
• Understanding of HR Master Data & Data migration
• Experience in maintenance of HCM systems is a plus!

To succeed in this role you need to be fluent in English and have advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office.
