hela Sverige We are now looking for a senior Project Lead to one of the world 's leading manufacturers of cars and motorcycles - the BMW Group. Are you ready to take on the role as Project Lead for MINI Future Business Model in our transition to the Future Sales Model (FSM). In this role you will be part of the core team driving the future business model into implementation and support MINI in its transition by January 2024.

• Alignment of MINI relevant workstreams within the FSM project
• Responsibility of defining and enabling MINI retail in the new FSM environment
• Identify MINI specific needs and dependencies for adaptions and proactively implement necessary steps in an efficient MINI FSM roll out
• Focus on enablement and engagement as part of change management
In this role you will be reporting to the FSM Manager and FSM Rollout Manager.
What should you bring along?
• Project or change management
• Excellence communication and interpersonal skills
• Several years of experience working as a Project Manager or PMO
• Ability to think outside the box, developing enablement and engagement plans to lead internal transformation
• Experience in automotive retail
• Logical thinking and easy to adapt to ad hoc processes and tasks
• English and preferably one Nordic language proficiency (speech and writing)
• Comfortable taking on a leading role and taking initiative
• Structured, driven, responsive and able to effectively work together with others and keeping relevant stakeholders informed

Further information
The position is located at BMW 's Nordic head office in Sollentuna / Silverdal. The premises are modern and include a lunch restaurant as well as access to a gym. As a BMW employee, everyone gets the opportunity to drive their own BMW or MINI on favorable terms.
