An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly enthusiastic and pro-active individual to join AstraZeneca as a Project Co-ordinator within Global Medical Affairs! You need to be an experienced administrator ready to take on many tasks. This is a consultant assignment starting in December 2016 and will continue for one year, with a good chance of prolongation. Major Responsibilities
In the role you will provide some administrative support to line manager and members of the team but also manage the projects and give support within different projects - which will include:
• Communications co-ordination
• Managing the nucleus team page
• Arranging leadership meetings
• Attending medical meetings and taking notes
• Managing the technology

There will be other projects for the person to get involved in that will arise in the future.

About you
The person we are looking for is someone with a good level of education and excellent communication skills. You need to be able to work virtually and globally as much of the work is not with Swedish based colleagues. Excellent organisation skills, pro-active and confident, flexible and happy to work on many things at the same time are also important.

Minimum Requirements
• 5 or more years of administrative experience
• Relevant professional qualification in administrative skills
• Demonstrated advanced proficiency across a broad range of administrative processes and procedures

Prior experience of working in a Pharmaceutical/ Drug Development environment is preferred.

About the employment
The employment as Project Coordinator will be as a consultant with start in the beginning of December 2016. The employment will be within Adecco Sweden. To begin with, the assignment will continue for one year, with a good chance of prolongation.
