Job Summary
Tetra Recart Solutions within Packaging solutions is responsible for developing and driving the growth of the Tetra Recart business. Our organisation includes Solutions- and Product Management, a Food Development Centre and a Project Centre. We support sales- and marketing activities, pre-projects and installation projects globally.
We are now looking for reinforcing the Project Centre with a Project Coordinator, that will be a resource supporting the complete Tetra Recart Solutions organisation.
The position is permanent and based in Lund.
What you will do
Common tasks as Project Coordinator are opening and closing projects and to manage service orders as well as supporting with purchasing. We expect you to be deeply involved also in financial follow up and analysis of projects, and in developing our reporting structures and routines. You will drive and engage with relevant stakeholders in Tetra Pak markets and central organisations. You might also be called upon to support us with data management in other Tetra Pak systems.
You will focus on
Supporting the Tetra Recart Solutions organisation with common administrative tasks
Financial and common follow and analysis up of our projects, helping us to drive and improve competitiveness
Developing our reporting routines, structures, tools and templates
General coordination and support to pre-projects and installation projects, as well as to activities in our Food Development centre
Product data management in common Tetra Pak systems

Furthermore, you are a true team player with strong communication and analytical skills. You are interested in the installation project business as well as in Tetra Pak's products. You like to drive activities to the end and to document and present your results, as well as to improve your working processes. You make sure that tasks do not fall between or are left unattended.
You have a university degree within Engineering or Economics, and documented training or experience in project management, preferably within capital equipment installations. You need to have strong SAP skills and interest in learning new systems. You are fluent in English, verbally as well as in writing. It is considered a merit if you have experience from financial project follow up.
