Main duties and responsibilities
Your full-time employment is divided into two main areas of responsibility: 50% Program Manager MSc in Finance and 50% MSc Admissions Coordinator. Your duties include, but are not limited to:

Program Manager MSc in Finance (50%)

- Contact person for prospective and registered students in the Master's in Finance program, as well as alumni
- Plan and organize various student events, for example study trips, introduction days and career events for students.
- MSc in Finance alumni follow-ups (includes working in a database)
- Provide support to the advisory board and prepare meetings
- Assist the MSc in Finance Program Director with day-to-day tasks as well as developing work procedures and processes

MSc Admissions Coordinator (50%)

- Build long-term relationships with potential, current and alumni students
- Communicate with and responding to inquiries from registered students or potential students by mail, phone or in person at various events
- Administer and assess applications in the CRM system, Full Fabric
- Register test results
- Administer scholarships applications from new MSc students



Qualifications
An academic background and a few years of work experience from similar work responsibilities are required. You should also have excellent oral and written communication skills in English, basic written and oral skills in Swedish, enjoy networking and talking in front of large groups. Furthermore, you should have experience from leading and managing your own projects. You are a service-minded problem-solver, with a proactive attitude and flexible mindset. Experience from working in Finance is a plus.



Other
This is a full-time, permanent position located at Program Office, SSE, and a 6 months probationary period applies. Please include your wage claim in the application.



Program Office
Program Office is one of the Professional Services units at SSE and consists of 15 colleagues who are responsible for processes concerning student admission and introduction. Program Office is also responsible for student exchange, student exchange follow-ups and providing program support to the program directors.
