hela Sverige You will integrate into a new Global team consisting of four persons who are managing sales competence material for our dealers and regional entities.
Your task will be to develop sales training material, to transfer competences to our regions and sometimes to train our dealers on site. To succeed in your mission you have to be able to summarize the information and the concepts from various speaking partners. You will also use your knowledge and your creativity to develop a purpose built training material. Then you will apply your pedagogical skill to teach methods and content which have been developed.
Your capacity to develop thinking out of the box will be challenged frequently.

Main Tasks
• Develop sales training courses for our offer (Sales & Aftersales) according to the Competence Development (CD) process and other applicable processes.
• Target competence, through your material, for the dealer with the objective to support and grow their business.
• Develop training course objectives, targets and manuscripts for decided programs and verify them with the relevant speaking partners.
• Secure with our speaking partners resources to deliver the decided programs on time.
• Cooperate within CD to plan and deliver training at the Train-the-Trainer events.
• Deliver courses to product managers / product specialists from regions.
• Support regions with training courses for dealer personnel.
• Complete Special Projects and work cross-functionally with our communication department ( Sales Promotion)as required.
• Participate actively in Sales and Aftersales projects (study) as assigned from time to time.
Responsibilities
• Participate in the development phase and launch process for new projects (Sales & Aftersales)
• Develop new and maintain existing courses assigned to you
• Be the contact person within Volvo CE concerning training related questions within area of responsibility
• Plan, organize and conduct Train-the-Trainer and dealer courses within area of responsibility in cooperation with regions
• Contribute to the Volvo CE Masters competition as required
• Develop and maintain the Dealer Buy-In document based on Regions input
• Participate in and complete the Volvo Certified Trainer Program

Your working location can be chosen between Eskilstuna (Sweden), Belley (France), or Shippensburg (PA USA)

Competencies
• Good communicating ability and pedagogical character
• Pedagogical education is qualifying
• A good ability to combine different ideas and concepts
• A strong commercial aptitude.
• Good understanding and acceptance for other cultures
• Preferably experience in Construction Equipment or in related industries, especially around the machines themself
• Good adaptability and willingness to work independent and in group
• Good knowledge for the business solutions in the earth moving/heavy equipment industry
• Communication skills in local entity language and English (as minimum), both verbally and in writing, other languages is qualifying.
• PowerPoint, Outlook and other PC Office tools
