The business area is also responsible for delivering corporate and capital market products to Swedbank's retail operations and the customers of the Swedish savings banks. LC&I operates from offices in Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Finland, the U.S., South Africa, China and Luxembourg.

About the job The EIS value stream is a permanent development organization that delivers development and maintenance for LC&I and Group Savings. The areas covered are Equity, Investment products and Security services.. The EIS value stream includes around 60 colleagues working closely together in 7 cross functional team according to agile principals.
We are looking for an engaged and ambitious person. We hope that you see the challenges that come with change as an opportunity for improvements. You will be working in a rapidly changing environment as LC&I is in the middle of adjusting our organization towards an agile set up. The purpose of the role is to manage and optimize the flow of value through the value stream using various agile tools, such as a program board, Scrum of Scrum, agile planning and follow up events as well as agile metrics. As a Deputy Program Coordinator (e.i Deputy Chief Scrum Master) you will support our continued agile transformation and coordinate the successful execution of a scaled agile value stream that enables our deliveries.
You are responsible for:
Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
Encourage collaboration between teams
Work with CPO, APOs and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment
Plan and facilitate the PI planning events
Plan and facilitate Feature creation
Facilitate synchronization meetings with Scrum Masters
Assist with economic decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation when necessary
Manage risks and dependencies and escalate and track value stream impediments
Drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt events
Drive common BIO related activities
What you need to succeed We believe you can drive and influence change. You have a solid business or IT background and appreciate working in an environment where tight collaboration, continuous improvements and transparency is central. Also important is to have:
University degree
Knowledge and experience of the Swedbank Agile Process (SWAP)
Own driving force, proactive and sense of responsibility.
Eager to continuously try new ways of working
Used to working in a structured and planned way to receive accurate and timely results.
Open minded and cooperative mindset.
Good written and oral English skills
