Is the automotive industry for you? Adecco Automotive Professionals is offering you an interesting position within process development.
How is your work day?
Your responsibility will be to lead projects and operational development activities for Purchasing. You will be working with customers within the whole department as well as with as well as cross functional teams in R&D. All your tasks are conducted in a global environment.
Your main tasks will be to co-ordinate operational development activities , manage processes and projects within your areas, develop, manage and continuously improve the legal framework in close cooperation with Purchasing Contract Manager and lead, develop and manage the Process Development and operational efficiency activities in close cooperation with process owners. You will also actively participate in the team development and teamwork of your department.
The assignment as soon as possible and will continue through the year initially. This is a full-time assignment but the workload can demand long working days. You will be a part of Adecco's consultancy business but your work is executed with our client.
What is your background?
With your solid experience as a buyer and/or project leader, preferably from the automotive industry, you will quickly find your way quickly in your new role. Your leadership experience, legal competency and your university degree in business, technology or within similar areas facilitate your working day. Your knowledge in strategic sourcing, developing processes and project management will be highly appreciated. You are motivated by driving your own projects and by working cross-functionally.
As a person you have a holistic view and a conceptual thinking – you always have the bigger picture in mind. Your ability to plan activities, drive processes and lead groups is necessary to succeed on this assignment. Your high integrity and target orientation together with your ability to network in an international environment and to solve problems and initiate improvements make you the person we are looking for!
