We are searching a Production Manager to assure that all products delivered from the filling machine production in Lund are in line with expected quality, lead time and cost. You will have a key role defining and implementing our strategy, developing the team and leading continuous improvement activities. The position gives you the opportunity to independently drive a business and make the most of your manufacturing experience and your leadership skills.
The Supply Chain Capital Equipment division (SCO CE) is responsible for the manufacture and supply of Filling Machines and Distribution Equipment from receipt of order until performance is achieved at the customer's site.
Main responsibilities
• Lead all supply chain related activities for the Carton Value platform.
• Develop the organisation and the competencies in the team.
• Manage relations with internal and external partners.
• Strive for a continuous improvement and zero defect mindset by implementing WCM (World Class Manufacturing) and defining clear direction and action plans.

You have the ability to form a long term vision and to translate it into clear objectives, and the drive to carry them through. You have at least 3 years of experience from similar tasks and people management.
You have a technical university degree and sound knowledge about manufacturing and assembly processes. You are also experienced in managing production personnel in a manufacturing environment. You have a systematic approach to problem definition and problem solving and experience in driving World Class Manufacturing activities. A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
