The person will be a part of our support team in Stockholm and the work consists of customer support, consultancy and training of our business solution to small and medium size organizations.
As a team-player, you enjoy working in a growing, dynamic IT company.
Responsibilities:
• Customer care and consulting
• Provide phone support, email support and training for our customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Up-Sales to our current customers
Ideal Background:
• 1+ experience from IT-support
• Native Swedish and excellent English
• Great interpersonal skills with customers and co-workers
• Good sense of responsibility and ability to handle stress
• Ability to adapt new information and learn fast, understand business processes and workflows
