As Product Specialist for our fixed cameras product category you will work in an international environment handling support cases, normally of a high complexity, escalading from our local support teams worldwide. You will test and verify customer problems and work in close connection with our R&D department prioritizing and solving difficult support cases.
Your work can in short be divided into three different areas:
• Customer cases: Solve and prioritize support cases of a high complexity, escalated from our local support teams worldwide. You either solve them on your own or in close cooperation with R&D depending on complexity
• Driving competence: Create training material, hold special training sessions, write technical notes, FAQs and white papers
• Maintain and develop product functionality: Help Product management identify, plan and prioritize new and maintaining existing product functionality. Further you take part in the development project as expert on end user needs and expectations
