hela Sverige Join us in our continuous journey to improve our products and serve our customers with the best quality products for the service market.In the role as PQL for Service Engineering and Information Management team (SEIM) you will take the lead in identifying improvement areas together with our skilled engineers and mechanics. You will be networking globally with our customers and the rest of Volvo Technology engineering community to get and have the knowledge of what is needed out in the field, and to be there to prevent quality issues on our products for the end-user. Work both upstream in the development of our products and to find relevant measures when we detect quality problems in the field.Personal profileWe are looking for you who like to build networks and work with improvements both on a product and a personal level.For success in this position you have a natural interest to learn and you have good communicating skills.You enjoy working in a cross site environment and like to lead and take on new challenges.You have strong quality mind-set and are a team player that are open minded and have the ability to also find new innovations.QualificationsYou have a University degree in engineering or equivalent experience within the technical area and experience from technical communication and an expert within the field of Service informationYou have many years of experience from truck industry and the service marketYou have documented experiences from quality improvement work and root cause analysisYou are able to analyze data and propose effective measuresDocumented experience in requirement breakdown or technical project management is highly desiredCustomer orientedResponsibilitiesLead and drive the quality improvement work together with our engineers and mechanicsEnsure service information is created and published adhering to global quality standards as well as market specific quality requirementsCoordinate with global teams to educate, coach and improve the teams' ability to understand and satisfy customer demands related to service informationGather and analyze Product and Project information and contribute to design and strategies for the technical solutions from the SEIM view with full respect for customer needsCommunicate agreed quality requirements and clarify expectations in a constructive dialogue with the aftermarket project leadershipCooperate with the global team to improve processesInform SEIM Management on the activity progress on a regular basisFor more information please contactFredrik Andersson, Manager Technical Info& Oper Excellence, +46 31 3231246
