Due to intensive growth, GlobalLogic Automotive department is glad to invite Product owner/Product manager to an Automotive project.
The project aim is to optimize, extend with new features Automotive Solution. Our clients are Tier 1s and OEMs from Europe and USA and development is targeted to Automotive Solution what will be deployed in newest European cars. The project is considered as technical excellence and we are paying huge attention to technical challenge motivation of our team members as well as excellence compensation.
At our project we are building battery management eco-system - key for enabling Electric cars innovation.
Requirements:
Required
• 5+ years of experience as a Product owner in Automotive SW development
• MA in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field
• Familiar with FuSa and ASPICE
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding prioritization and planning skills
• Creative thinker with a vision
• Attention to details
Will be a plus:
• Experience in E-propulsion domain
Job Responsibilities:
• Take the lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner
• Providing long-term vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project. Clearly define what can be committed to (IN) and what cannot be committed to (OUT)
• Provide interface to the ARTs dealing with objectives for the current & upcoming PIs
• Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on. Initiate appropriate Advanced Engineering work and collaborate with System and Solution Architect/Engineering to assist with decision making and sequencing of the key technological infrastructures
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product. clearly define Minimum viable Product (MVP), and take lead in understanding what parts of my features that are a MUST and what are NICE TO HAVE for each vehicle project.
• Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
• Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
• Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
• Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
• Work closely with the Solution level and Product Management team. Also demonstrate archived contribution at the solution demo.
• Take responsibility for the overall product quality and safety.
• Challenge available teams capacities, but also respect, accept and support voice of the teams
