What's in it for you?
Pick-up & Delivery is part of the newly established Uptime Fleet Service Management organization within Global Customer Service at Volvo Cars. You will be responsible to build the Pick- up and & Delivery operation, in close cooperation with the digital product owner. You will find the best way to fulfill our customers' expectations and needs as well as optimize the business process and support our current and future business models. You will work in a cross-functional team in close collaboration with both strategy, digital development and market functions globally across Volvo Cars.
Your key tasks
As Product Owner for Pick-up & Delivery operation, your main tasks and responsibility will be to:
* Secure, prioritize and coordinate the Pick-up and Delivery Service when entering new unexplored markets
* Lead, ideate and adjust the service to customers' needs on specific markets
* Work cross organisations to clarify changes in order to secure a clear and coherent strategic direction
* Develop and manage the operations for the Pick-up and Delivery Service
Do you fit the profile?
We see that you have a University Degree in Business administration and/or supply chain management or equivalent. We also see that you have experience in driving business transformation in large organisations with complex business environments. Moreover, you have a couple of years' experience in Project Management and have been working in a global cross-functional environment. It is beneficial if you have aftermarket experience from Volvo Cars or elsewhere as well as been developing new products of services before.
On a personal level
To be able to fully enjoy this position you should be ambitious, energetic and a communicative leader with an entrepreneurial and digital mind-set. Since the area is in an early phase, it is important that you are flexible and enjoy working in a changing environment. You have a natural ability to plan your and the team's work, cooperate, and follow up on deliveries.
