hela Sverige We are looking for a Product Owner in Malmö on behalf of our client.
Role & tasks
Our client has started a new program called Nordic Sales Platform to transform the way they do business and you will be a part of this. The program or rather the environment they aim to create shall support below to reach their goals on an high level:
* Improved customer satisfaction through better support for self-service and customer service
* Better understanding of our customers' needs
* More precise offers for our customers
* Simplification of our commercial offerings
* Seamless transitions for our customers across our interaction touch points
* Simplifying our technical landscape
The Product Owner is accountable for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the team. The Product Owner is also accountable for managing the product backlog. During the planning stages, the PO works with stakeholders to identify, organize and prioritise the activities required for the next iterations. They will then meet up with agile development(s) to refine the resulting backlog items, identify areas for improvement and support the sprint. Further tasks are:
* Secure the product vision and roadmap in close cooperation with the Product Manager(s), based on the business vision and roadmap(s).
* Manage and prioritise the product backlog. Ensure a shared understanding of the backlog items among everyone involved, in close partnership with the BA.
* Ensure an ongoing focus on delivered value over time from the work that is done by the agile development team.
* Responsible for stakeholder management so that the Product Owner represents all stakeholders and communicates with them.
* Invite to and prepare the sprint planning.
* Invite to and prepare the backlog refinement.
* Report status, risk and mitigation and changes if needed
Must have
* At least 3 years of experience as Product Owner
* At least 3 years of experience of agile development and coaching
* T-shaped profile, with strong commercial orientation and with broad experience of driving business & business development
* Familiar with retail of commodity products
* Experience from driving change projects
* Self-motivated, with a strong track record and achievement of significant result
* Superior stakeholder management skills
Good to have
* Academic degree from relevant field, preferably Computer Software Engineering or similar
* Experience in scaled up agile frameworks like SAFe / LeSS
* Experience in leading larger & cross functional teams
* Experience from working in an international company
