Cool. So what's the role about?
As Product Marketing Manager you will make sure that our product and its value is clearly communicated towards the market! It's all about creating amazing content which acts as a bridge between what our product does and what our customers need!
Analyze the market, customer and competitor trends to understand and anticipate customer needs and behavior
Execute go-to-market plans that attract the attention of relevant users, conduct competitor research to understand how we differentiate and build stories to win our battles!
Collaborate with our engineering & product teams to create attractive templates and flows that our customers will be excited about and build stories around how the product will bring value to our users
Our product releases are a big thing (!) and your role in this will be to create the project plans, customer cases and content pieces together with the Product Manager in order to make them excellent!
Last but not least you will enhance the product-related landing pages, website, in-app campaigns, SEO product content as well as product engagement throughout the user base!
Your team
Reporting directly to our CMO Frida, you will be a part of our global marketing team (24 competent, kind and inspiring colleagues!) and work closely with Gokul, also Product Marketing Manager.
You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure copy, tonality and design are aligned throughout all parts of our product interactions. You will collaborate with your colleagues in the content team to refine messaging, marketing, and sales engagement material.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is passionate about working closely with our customers! You will know them by heart and what they would be excited about in terms of how to use GetAccept in the best way possible!
We believe that our ideal candidate
Has solid experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Product Marketing, Product Management, Customer Engagement or similar.
Preferably has previous experience in product marketing, developing go-to-market plans and an understanding of the product lifecycle
Is passionate about the value our product brings to our customers and can take us to the next level of customer product awareness
Is fluent in English, especially in writing. Any additional language is a plus!
