Based in Stockholm, you will be working in a high performing Product Management team where you will be responsible for setting up a portfolio of eye tracking solutions serving the Specialty Markets segment.
In short, you will be fully accountable for everything related to the products in your portfolio, as well as harmonizing the product offering with the other segments within Tobii Tech, ensuring a focus on profitability. For example, you will:
Create differentiation in the portfolio of products to fit Specialty Market target markets, including segmentation and key value propositions.
Develop product business cases for new product development serving new market segments, including market requirement descriptions.
Be accountable for introducing new product offerings; all the way from definition, through sales introduction, product launch and throughout the entire life cycle.
This will also be an opportunity for you to take a strong position to drive Tobii's new Data Transparency initiative for the segment, including customer communication and policy compliance reviews.

We are looking for a Product Manager who has a true business and customer-oriented approach. Your role is to keep the customer's success with our products in focus while being confident in deep diving into technical, formal and business discussions. You are strategic and results-oriented with a commercial mindset and you enjoy rolling up your sleeves to get things done. In addition, we also believe you have:
A M.Sc degree in Engineering with a deep interest in technology and business
Prior experience of Product management and/or Product portfolio management of high-tech products in a growing organization
Experience from working in an international environment with international customers
Proven and highly developed business skills and a track-record of delivering results in a changing environment
We find it to be of strong merit if you have experience of managing products for markets where product life cycles are long and reliability matters, such as medical, industrial or other critical embedded computing areas.
